I was reading an article on The Register about BAE's decision to base the next Naval CMS on Windows instead of Open Source platforms. Kinda scary considering how some of the ships they're installing this software on carry nuclear missiles.

But then I started thinking about PHPNuke, the Open Source CMS software, and chuckled at the irony in its name. I assume Content Management Systems and Combat Management Systems have little in common, unless there's a PHPNuke plugin for interfacing real nukes...
