As I'm sure you've noticed, the server was down for a while, and we sincerely apologize for any inconveniences. We are now back up on a brand spanking new server, and all your data has been restored to the exact state it was in when the server went down.

It's been a while, but a status report from the development side. I've completed the "rewrite" and have moved everything to a new cleaner modular architecture. I've also made some changes to the user interface layout, which will hopefully be more usable.

As soon as we've done some basic testing and the documentation has been updated, we'll switch the main interface to the new system. Of course, considering how we have no users, it won't make much of a difference to anyone. Perhaps the most significant thing is that the software is now much closer to being of release quality than before.

Changed the Software link to a News link on the ilohablog.com web site. The News link goes to this blog. The Software link will be added back in when that section is done. The latest update on a reworking of the IlohaBlog code can be found on Ryo's Blog.

Also, started on the site faq. It is real sparse right now, if anyone has suggestions for questions to put there post them as a comment to this entry.

Here goes the first entry in the IlohaBlog blog. We have begun announcing the beta version of the IlohaBlog service. You can go to ilohablog.com to sign up. This blog will primarily be used for news and announcements pertaining to the IlohaBlog service and software. Feel free to post questions, bug reports, feature requests or whatever you want here as comments to our posts or better yet use the IlohaBlog Forums.
